Stages of the Production Process

  • Raw Material Preparation
    1 Raw Material Preparation

    PET granules undergo drying and dehumidification at temperatures up to 180°C to remove moisture.

  • Colorant Addition
    2 Colorant Addition

    Before entering the extruder, the raw material is mixed with colorant, if necessary, using a dosing unit.

  • Injection Molding and Forming
    3 Injection Molding and Forming

    The molten material is injected under pressure into the mold.The forming process consists of three stages — injection, holding, and cooling.

  • Cooling and Microclimate Control
    4 Cooling and Microclimate Control

    The cooling system maintains the required temperature and humidity, preventing condensation.

  • Quality Control
    5 Quality Control

    Each batch of preforms undergoes a strict three-stage quality control process:

    1. Incoming raw material inspection;

    2. Acceptance testing of finished products;

    3. Traceability of each product batch.

    We guarantee the absence of foreign taste and ensure consistent product quality.

  • Packaging and Storage
